- rest - emotional balance

- stress management - spiritual foundation

3 Primary Cleansing Organs

- skin - colon - lungs

- ears - eyes - nose - throat

Natural Hygiene (food)

- Whole food diet

- Food combining

- meat + veggies (good)

- starch and veggies (good)

- Meat + starch (bad)

Killer Foods (highly acidic, no water, no fiber)

  1. Animal products

  2. White-refined sugar/ flour

  3. Salt (damages tissue)

  4. Fried foods (mutated cell structure through extreme heat)

  5. Caffeine

Note: calcium helps bring the body into homeostasis by neutralizing acids

Calcium

- leafy greens are the best source of calcium

- calcium deficiency (osteoporosis) is the product of acid toxicity

Protein Chain

- made up of 23 Amino Acids

- our body utilizes 15 of these amino acids and 8 essential amino acids are from food

Amino acid food examples:

corn

cauliflower

cabbage

quinoa

brussel sprouts

broccoli

potatoes

carrots

peas

ATP - Adenosine Triphosphate

- a coenzyme found in all life forms

- The ratio of calcium: magnesium and potassium: sodium should be equal within your body

Probiotics

- act like enzymes - produce B vitamins

- food-sourced probiotics: kombucha, pickles, kimchi, sauerkraut (anything fermented)

Note: many vegans are vitamin B deficient because meat naturally has B vitamins needed in the gut

Phytic Acid

- also an enzyme

- hard to digest and may halt natural productivity of other cells in the body

Excitotoxins

- kills neurons (numerous studies have shown signs of dementia)

- aspartame/ sweeteners (Sweet N' Low, Splenda, NutraSweet, etc."

- MSG (soy-based product)

PBP - Petroleum-based products

- kills neurons

PBP examples:

gasoline

home heating oil

plastic bottles

candles

wax paper

nail polish

Spring Water: Organic vs Inorganic

- organic: alive, soft bond

- inorganic: indigestible, hard bond

Note: City water has a terrible amount of inorganic water even after filtration

Distilled Water

- water that's boiled into vapor and condensed back to liquid into a separate container

- able to add additives to make it structured/ "wetter"

- Example: adding water detergent to wash your clothes makes the water more structured to penetrate and clean clothes better

Body Fluids

- blood - sweat - tears - lymph - mucus

- saliva - cerebral spine fluid

Bodily Functions

- digestion - dilution - detoxification - lubrication

- protection - temperature regulation - immunization

- transportation/ delivery system of cells
